Plan of Life
A "plan of life" can be a great help for anyone looking to grow in their spiritual life. Simply put, a plan of life is a regimen of spiritual practices that we commit ourselves to performing on a daily basis. When we stay faithful to a plan of life, we grow closer to God and we build up within ourselves the spiritual power we need in order to transform the world around us. A good plan of life may include several of the following practices:

-
Morning offering (in your own words or according to a traditional formula, such as the one found here).
-
10-20 minutes of personal conversation with God
-
Mass
-
Angelus at noon
-
15 minutes of spiritual reading
-
Meditation on Scripture
-
Listening to Catholic homilies/talks/podcasts
-
Examination of conscience
